Garage sales and an all time low.....

I Think this post qualifies for the "Not me!" carnival hosted by MckMama:

No Pictures yet.....so there was going to be this HUGE Moving sale...and I got up and got all the kiddos dressed and in the car by 7:15am yes you read that right! stop at Mcky D's grab a very healthy breakfast....drive to tim buck too...NO SALE NO NOTHING!! WHAT!?!?!?! oh well lets see what we can find.....drive along find a few really big neighborhood garage sales- Tyler starts to cry, so I stop and go to lift him out of his carseat and well he's had and explosion! (and if you don't know what that is well all I can say is you haven't lived yet!) so do the best I can to clean up the mess change him and do I have extra clothes in the car? no. do I have any in the diaper bag? no. do I have any in the "emergency" diaper bag? (you know the one that stays in the car in case I forget the other one) no. hmmm. what to do...wrap the boy up on a blanket. I'm obviously going to have to go home and get him dressed right? no. theres a sign for more garage sales. LOTS of them. so I turn. OH.MY. there's a double stroller! I've been looking for one yippee...STOP the car. get out. take naked baby with me. (he has a diaper on!) walk up. NINTY DOLLARS! NO.WAY...I can't leave I've hit the Jack pot there's at least 10 sales on this street....about 3 garage sales up another double stroller----on please be a good price.........15.00---SOLD!! oh and so she proceeds to show me how the middle lays down so that a baby could stretch out and sleep, seeing that I'm holding a sleeping baby...I'm so excited I momentarily forget that I'm holding a NAKED sleeping baby and go to lay him down and yup she sees he's not dressed and pipes in that she has clothes for a 12 month old for sale!?!?...this is the all time low part...buy said clothes and dress baby in driveway put sleeping baby in *new* stroller and continue on down the street to the rest of the sales....honestly I can't believe myself. (the clothes were clean I checked she said so he's still alive so all is well. I'm just thinking you know your a redneck when.........)

Easter was COLD & WET....

so getting a really Great Easter Picture of my Kids in their really CUTE matching outfits didn't go as planned...

I tried the lets take a picture real quick ok just smile and then you can go back in- um yeah she was not amused and had a major meltdown...which is so predictable since shes the same girl who refuses to wear a jacket over her dress when it is snowing outside or wants to wear her swimsuit and play in water outside when its only in the 50's!! just look at that face...talk about a OSCAR winning performance!

There was a lot of closed eyes, baby smackdowns and goofy smiles!

So when I get ONE that they both have a smile and their eyes are opened it makes me so :-) happy even if Tyler is crawling away from the madness of Easter morning lets hurry and get some pictures before we are late to chruch and you get mud all over your beautiful clothes.....

this girl wears tutus EVERY.SINGLE.DAY and that little boy LOVES HIS NEW CAR!!!! absolutely loves to be outside with the BIG kids!

I would never let my kids have ICE CREAM for BREAKFAST even if I was REALLY tired, and my baby had an ear infection, and my little girl had a cough that kept us ALL up all night which resulted in NO ONE being too Happy the next morning AND I would never make the mistake of asking what do you want and then decide there was no way I was going to make pancakes and so just to keep the peace and get 10 minutes of complete and utter quiet….I would never give my kiddos ice cream for breakfast! and I most certainly would NOT take pictures that could be used against me in the future....

however if I did Im sure they would be just fine and the sky wouldn't fall.....oh and I would NOT take pictures to prove it...

I know it's a shock as I haven't scrapped in soooo long....but oh my goodness it was so much fun to finally play! Kelsie helped me telling me yes that looks good-except the clouds she doesn't like them?!? that layout was inspired (pretty much copied) by this one... funny kid...

My Baby's 9! NiNe!!!!!

How? where did the time go??? I remember sitting in the nicu holding the sweetest, tiniest, most wonderful baby in the world all day long for 6 weeks and thinking we would NEVER LEAVE that hospital and I blink and he's NINE?!?!?!

He is a funny, smart, energetic, LOUD, dirty, smelly, no sock wearing, stay up all night if he could, play all day outside, hockey loving, baskeball playing NINE Year old!!!
